This is a full plank #pushup.

It should be done slowly (up & down) with the arms fully extended in the upper position & your chest touching the ground in the lower position for max physical benefit.

Doing rapid short arm pushups (where the arms are NEVER fully extended & the chest NEVER touches the ground that I often see men do) is cheating & don't count.
