Pup has got her priorities figured out and is teaching me! Cosy reading and snuggling. Perfect Friday afternoon. Reading about the chakra system to prepare for my yoga practicum. I have been chipping away at Eastern Body Western Mind over the past few months (I always have at least six or more books going at any given time). Some of it resonates, sometimes I would like a background in psychology to be a little more critical about it. But I am enjoying that it makes me think!
