Pumpkin pie?

Random question: Anyone willing to a good recipe for a pumpkin pie that is less sweet?

Like not completely unsweetened. Just something where the flavor of the pumpkin stands out more.

I feel like I've eaten too many pies that were more a super-sweet gloop with a little pumpkin seasoning.

Wishing all that #Celebrate #Thanksgiving today, a wonderful day spending time with #Family and #Friends and remembering all that we are #Grateful for! The festivities have started in my house already with baking #PumpkinPies and roasting a #Turkey.

My oven isn’t working so I baked the #pumpkinpies at my daughter’s house Wednesday night, and she’ll transport them to #Thanksgiving dinner for me.

I’ll use my small countertop oven to cook the yams with apples and cranberries while I watch the #ThanksgivingDayParade on Thursday.

Oh, and I took care of this already.

@jbf1755 Just pulled two #PumpkinPies out if the oven, so I’m #Thankful.

Today I am grateful for the delegated approach our family takes to #Thanksgiving. 🦃

I bake the #pumpkinpies and the #yams with apples, cranberries and pecans. I also do the table decor.

But it all starts with a clean kitchen, so let me put some coffee on … ☕️
