Horrifyingly, the board of OfWat is divided over whether to accept the Thames Water offer to be let off regulation for over a decade and to avoid penalties for the pollution and mismanagement already carried out. How it could be anything but a unanimous rejection I don't know. I guess money talks. So we need to encourage them to make the right decision. Join me in writing to them:

Apparently the Ofwat board is split over whether to accept the Thames Water offer to be let off regulation, in effect, for donkey's years and to avoid penalty for the pollution and mismanagement already committed.
