Discovered another big crack in the US public health policy:
You cannot get Sudafed (diphenhydramine, a decongestant) via delivery or pickup/drive-thru window. So if you're sick with COVID, RSV, or flu, you still have to enter the store to get decongestant. Of course the pharmacists and techs aren't mandated to wear masks, and neither are the customers.
