Too many people forget that criminal defense attorneys, especially public defenders, are good people who are willing to stand up to injustice and give their clients the best representation possible even when they are guilty.
The #PublicDefenders job is to defend, because no decent society would permit the government to imprison anyone without proving his or her guilt. These lawyers are absolutely essential to the so-called "justice" system. I think more people should recognize that.
A rigorous study by the American Bar Association which found that Oregon has 31% percent of the Public Defenders it needs has been overruled by a DA Clique's vibes-based assessment.
