#US #health dept ​ofcls last week explored whether they could ban certain drugs in a widely prescribed class of #antidepressants as #HHS Secy #RFKJr prepared to roll out a plan to reduce their use….

Their interest centered on…selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or #SSRIs, such as #Zoloft, #Prozac & #Lexapro, which have been available in the US for decades….

Trying to cum on SSRIs

#doxepin was bad. Made me feel like crap, slowed me down. After 3 weeks just had to stop it.

That pales in comparison to #mirtazapine. It turned me into a drooling incomprehensible unable-to-think zombie. Horrendous. Really really bad on every level.

#venlafaxine is fine, as was #prozac. Amitryp was ugh, Lithium made me ill, Valproate made me huge.

So #DemoTheCat had a big day today. He got super high. He bit his vet. He isn't even sorry.

A bit of background - he HATES this vet. Always has. Loves people, but not this vet. So he got the GOOD drugs - Gabapentin on top of his usual #Prozac. It wasn't enough.

He was his usual charming self, up until the moment he'd had enough. His vet was gracious, and my wife (who bit nobody) apologized.

Now my fierce little warrior gets a stoned victory nap.
