The blue barrels held toxic pesticides & I have additional photos of labels, etc. First ingredient on label is: #formaldehyde 🚨
Used to treat sealice & diseased farmed fish at these types of hatcheries & at open net fish farms in ocean. This type of #poison #kills all #crustacean species - it's not target specific to sealice. Use of it has destroyed marine ecosystems.
Both #BCgovernment & #Canadian #federalGovernment have failed to #protectwildsalmon or our #ocean #ecosystems health.
