ICE arrests Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil

A prominent Palestinian activist who helped lead last spring's protests at Columbia University has been arrested by federal immigration agents. Mahmoud Khalil's lawyer says he was arrested at his apartment near the university by agents who claimed they were acting on a State Department order to revoke his green card. Khalil, who graduated in December, was taken into custody by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and was being held at an immigration detention center in New Jersey. His wife, who is eight months pregnant, says authorities did not explain why he was being detained. A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson has confirmed Khalil’s arrest, describing it as supporting President Trump’s executive orders prohibiting anti-Semitism.

I try to stay focused on eliminating misinformation about many things, however it really troubles me when I see people diminishing the impacts of #COVID19. This illness is proving to increase the risk of dementia and alzheimer's while decreasing heart and lung function. It's not just a summer cold!

This specific revelation was about hip surgeries - which is necessary surgery for so, so many. Without it they can lose their ability to work, exercise to stay healthy, and may even develop dependance of painkillers just to keep going.

Though, All surgeries are lacking behind because of lack of care. Lack of doctors and nurses. And yet...they wont protect themselves or their patients.
It is extremely conserning.
