#ProstateCancer
I go to regular meetings of a Prostate cancer support group.
Last night's meeting was good, a couple of visitors dropped in.
One talking about psychological support, and how do you tell the family about your diagnosis.
(for me, it wasn't easy )
When asked how are you doing, many of us say "fine", when we ain't.
I find the support group easy to open up to as everyone round the table has Prostate cancer and understands what I am on about.
The other visitor facilitates a breakfast club for guys with life challenges, a great thing to do ! imho.
This is 3am and I am wide awake having got in a knot with the bloody catheter tube and it isn't filling the bottom bag.
I shall be glad to get it removed.!
I managed to wake up the boss, she assured me she had been awake for ages having been woken by the Thunder and lightning, Erm, I didn't hear a thing.
Thought I should add a picture, it's a plant in the garden, I have no idea what it's called, but I think it looks nice.
