Spotted the stall for the #DiscoveryDrum at the #AutismEuropeCongress. It quickly became my go-to place for fast #Proprioceptive input. It is usually sold with toys to hide and find for kids (was designed by an #Autism class teacher), but I asked can I just buy the drum. They realised now there's an adult market, and I bought one for 100 euro. I cannot believe the instant proprioceptive & immediate calming I get ( i can get my whole lower arm in from elbow to hand). www.discoverydrum.com

@young_ullrich Nothing is wrong with a proper cherry clone. For most people. For me, #dyspraxia makes typing without keeping the eyes on the keyboard harder on shifted rows.

I've tried #ortholinear, and it feels much better for me, since it removes #proprioceptive challenges. So, I'll probably give it a try.
