Habe einen #Tronxy #X5SA Pro neu in meinem Maschinenpark und hab aus. Versehen den getriebeuntersetzten Extruder geschrottet. Hab den jetzt gegen einen Vollaluminium-Extruder getauscht, muss jetzt aber in der Firmware (#marlin) noch die Umsetzung einstellen, weil der Extruder Motor mindestens doppelt so schnell läuft.

Über #Pronterface via USB wollte ich die Daten auslesen mit #M503 bekomme aber ausgerechnet an der Stelle keine Rückmeldung.

Ich brauche hier Hilfe

Unrelated to typography, but we decided to delve into #3Dprinting. We did this for our own growth and with small expense.

We 👷 🧙‍♀️ had fun, and we will do it again!

I used #Slic3r and #Pronterface for many years to print with my #3Dprinter, but I gave a try to UltiMaker #Cura and it seems to work quite well. I'm impressed by the results and the speed I can get from my old printer. Things have improved a lot since the last time I tried it.

The one thing that #anycubic could do to improve the Kobra Neo is give an easy way to reset the esteps without having to figure out a way to send gcode to the printer to reset it that way.

The #ender3 at least let's you do this through their ui on the printer. For anycubic I had to figure out how to get #pronterface installed on Linux, and the send the gcodes manually.

Yeah a beginner isn't necessarily going to know to reset esteps but it should be easier.
