Feeling really quite emotional after the final episode of #ProjectAfrica with Russ Cook

@Wen This is amazing. Do you have any more infos on his journey?

Have you heard of Russ Cook which is doing a similar thing, running from the most southern part of Africa to the northern most part? Currently he's running through the Algerian desert.

Roberto Helou, a travel vlogger, documents his encounters with #Egypt police in this great 30-minute video. He is #cycling across the African continent from #Cairo to #CapeTown. Unsurprisingly, the police harassed Helou and his group during the entire trip for mingling with the locals freely outside the bubble of large tour buses and resorts.

I escaped the Egyptian police with a bike (800km chase) #ProjectAfrica

Catching up on Russ Cook’s (aka #hardestgeezer) run of the length of Africa — from Cape Town to Tunis. More than a marathon each day for something like 240 days. He's on day 32. Blimey.
