1. Absentee mail voting in state and local elections without USPS issues;
2. Possible Postal banking;
3. Limited Protection from #ComstockAct and federal censorship;
4. Possible state census.

It’s not enough to pass progressive legislation at the state level. And it’s not enough to pass sanctuary laws.
