I disagree.
Badenoch is purposefully doing the same as Trump and the far right around the world - purposefully spreading lies, easy answers and naming villains to dumben society. It's a strategy, not some failing of skill.
Worse, the media gives them plenty of time, lightly fact checking but still giving them all the gravitas of a real political party. This is how fascism gets normalised.
Not any more.
These days, media has four jobs, in order of precedence:
1) spread messages the owner values most
2) turn a significant profit
3) "engage" customers
4) speak truth to power
Unfortunately, these goals no longer align

There is zero reason for a news program to host a proven liar or gaslighter. None! Doing so, is knowingly spreading disinformation.
You'd think a record-breaking Senate speech by Sen Booker would place higher in the news.
But in the #NYTimes , it's below Val Kilmer's obit and non-news like analysis of #TrumpTariffs on int'l relations and "some conservatives" concerns on immigration policy. SMH
