I would’ve thought that the Justice system, the third pillar of democratic govt, was too critical to ‘outsource’ and definately not a branch of government that ought to have any of its functions #Privatised and milked for ‘#Profits’ . It’s bad enough that the legal profession is privatised leading to wealth being a determinent in the quality of legal representation one is afforded in Court and hence better legal outcomes for those represented, but Court functions #outsourced to #PrivateEnterprises should never occur. All Court processes ought to remain fully under govt funding and appropriate publicly-owned services IMO.
This case is an yet example of #StateTheft and #StateCapture brought to you by the ‘debunked’ #NeoLiberal order. The #Grifters are getting into all aspect of our democracy in order to feather their own nest and enslave the rest of us a la #Fascist #America and its #tRumpAdministration.

Bin ich ein Sozialist? Ich mag viele verschiedene Marmeladen und Konkurrenz sorgt für einen Wettkampf um Preise und Qualität. Aber es gibt auch Monopole: Leitungswasser, Schulausbildung oder das Stromnetz. Die Energieerzeugung kann privat sein, das Netz wiederum muss öffentliches Eigentum sein.
Daher bin ich wahrscheinlich eher Sozialdemokratisch eingestellt.
