DraftKings Hit With Video Privacy Suit Over Meta Info Sharing

DraftKings Inc. shared the video-viewing and video-game playing histories of its account holders without their consent with Meta Platforms Inc. and other third parties in violation of the Video Privacy Protection Act, a proposed federal class action said.
