I am starting to appreciate just how difficult software-defined networking really is. It is a great concept because it is ISP agnostic. I can see why folks opt for commercial products like #pritunl, #zerotier, #tailscale, and others. These providers make setup markedly easier but then you're kind of beholden to them.
