Director Stephan Elliott has revealed Terence Stamp pre-filmed all of his scenes for the "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" sequel with the blessing of his co-stars, fearing he would not make it to the start of production. The crew is in a mourning period before carrying on.

Sad news... #TerenceStamp , the actor best known for playing #GeneralZod in the #ChristopherReeve version of the #Superman films, has passed away at the age of 87. He also was the voice of Jor-El in the #Smallville TV series and was Chancellor Valorum in the #StarWars films. His most well-known dramatic roles were in #BillyBud and #PriscillaQueenOfTheDesert .
