Saw a Lebanese cucumber for 9.99 AUD in the supermarket today. Price for a single one, not for one kg!Couldn’t believe it, so I took a pic. Later this arvo I harvested a fresh heirloom organic cucumber from my hügelkultur veggie patch. Practically for free, if you don’t count the price for seedlings, time and effort. Growing your own food makes so much sense, with ever increasing prices more than ever! Better quality, better taste, and you get free exercise and nature therapy ;)
