Measles outbreaks in South Carolina and on the Arizona-Utah border are growing. In South Carolina, more than 250 people, including students from nine area elementary, middle and high schools are in quarantine. For some, it's the second time they have been quarantined since the outbreak began. Cases are also spreading in Arizona and Utah, where an outbreak has ballooned since August. Mohave County, Arizona has logged 172 cases. The Southwest Utah Public Health Department has logged 82 cases.
