As per the PC media office, the meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and establishing a strategic partnership. The two leaders deliberated on reactivating the Libyan-Chinese Joint Committee and reached a consensus on reinstating Chinese enterprises in Libya, subject to an agreed-upon framework through the committee.
