No the #IranWar is not some clever #DonaldJTrump plan. Xe does not do clever.
There *is no* emergency/war power that allows a POTUS to have a third elected term.
In 2024, I predicted a MAGA push for a constitutional amendment. People later proposed weird tricks with the Vice-Presidency and #PresidentVance.

There won't be any tricks or amendments.
They'll just outright ignore the Constitution, as the last year's track record shows.
When you read this WSJ opinion piece from 2023 that is once again doing the rounds, remember two things:
1. The president who got 2 nuclear powers, the U.S.A. and Israel, into a war on Saturday 2026-02-28 was #DonaldJTrump.

The world's prior experience in this area is with the likes of #FerdinandMarcos and #ImeldaMarcos. Although Imelda claimed to have been reduced to pauperhood at one point, by no reasonable standard was that true.
And xe had the same level of fanatical popular support despite everything that #DonaldJTrump has. As well as the #EdificeComplex.
The Marcos model seems likely to be followed here, the one possible fly in the ointment being #PresidentVance.
If you've not encountered the idea of an 'edifice complex', applied to #ImeldaMarcos back in the 1970s, then you might find it an interesting idea to think about in conjunction with the #EppsteinBallroom, that Golden Arch proposal, and all of #DonaldJTrump's other grandiosities that are doomed (either way that the future turns out) to be defaced and have the name Trump torn off them as soon as xe is gone.
Something to think about:
A decade from now, will the surname Trump have the same stigma attached to it as the surname Hitler had?
Will it be because #DonaldJTrump was defeated by democracy? Or will it be when, after the rise of #PresidentVance, #Trump is declared no longer correct doctrine?
There will be a time when the name will come off the buildings, the statues and portraits will be defaced and torn down, and the aggrandizement will end.

If #OrangeHitler tried to (I can't believe I'm saying this) "invade #Greenland" and/or destroy #NATO by starting an unnecessary war-of-choice via his bungling stupidity, I've GOT to believe there are at least a dozen #Republicans who'd side with #Democrats to impeach #DementiaDon's ass.

Anyway, we haven't even had the vice-president become #PresidentVance, yet. Although we do know where to find Nightwatch now.
I stick by my 2024 prediction that #DonaldJTrump will die in office. But:
#PresidentVance succeeding will likely make things worse. The current divisions will escalate to a full-on civil war within MAGA about who is being true to 'proper' Trumpism which will push all sides to out-crazy one another.
And the problem of 80 millions of people who support all of this Trumpist/Putinist/#FIFAPeacePrize stuff does not go away.
