KingfisherGarlic in storage was just beginning to sprout a bit, so I peeled it all and roasted 2qts of cloves and minced another 2 quarts to dehydrate.
All I know is I am safe from les vampires.

Rebecca BannerGot home after bank holiday to discover the top wire holding the grape vine snapped. Tidied up a little temporarily, but trying to keep the grapes on the vine until I can use them.
This is attempt no.2 at turning them into raisins in the dehydrator. The first go didn't work so well, so hopefully I've improved my technique this time. Helpful that we're getting some free electricity today and tomorrow, and we have solar, so not a power hungry way to preserve food.
