I swear, next year I'm going to can all of my tomatoes in wide mouth jars.
It is so much more convenient to just put the immersion blender right in.
As I get older, I find more and more ways to make this shit easier.
Made three pints of bittersweet pink grapefruit marmalade.
2 grapefruit boiled whole for two hours. Sliced up fine and combined with
5cups sugar
Juice of two lemons
Cooked to 220F
