Two hours after cycling towards the city center to look for bicycle repair shops, I got it fixed thanks to the friendly staff at #PremiumBike https://premiumbike.ch/ in #Locarno who sold me wire repair clamps with ready to use heat-shrinkable sleeves. And in absence of a bicycle repair stand a camping table (and some #Victorinox tools) had to do it.

Did a quick 25km tour along the waterside with an ~19km/h average after the repair despite it was already getting dark. E-assist works well again.
