As with the other hatches, the driver has a viewport for when they are not using the VR goggles and other sensors that are wired into their brain.

Having spent all of their time inside the tank, the Ork driver is now pale-skinned.

You also get a view of the 'nid gunner here.

More angles of this Predator tank.

The turret was raised slightly (to accomodate something inside), and even with the added armour retains it's range of motion.

The tanks hatches all got custom hinges to allow them to be opened and closed.

Predator tank.

Many many changes were made to the stock Predator model to add this to my army/collection.

Some are:
Dozer blade,
Sponsons (with rotation and elevation),
Spaced armour on the turret,
Various details about the exterior,
And a full interior and crew.

This one project took over 8 months (with a few distractions), and much of the work is scratch-built.

Last few views of the Predator Tank.

As I removed the interior wall I had to create most of the interior details from scratch.
Switches, monitors and reinforcement structures. Plus ammo drums for the main and coaxial guns.

On the inside of the driver hatch I included latches and an Ork pinup to keep the driver happy.

The dozer blade is made from plasticard, heated and bent into shape.

The support structure is mostly plastic sprue and the pistons are plastic rod/tube.

The dozer blade can actually be removed, leaving the frame behind. The idea being that I could create different blades.
I have not got around to making any more.

More views around the outside of the Predator tank conversion.

From the front... You do not want to see this thing coming towards you.
In my mind, the driver sees though the added headlights and they move like eyes, seeing over the dozer-blade.

At the rear, you can see a section of spare track, and the ducted exhausts.

Spot the differences from a stock Predator. 😜
