Yesterday #morning, the #Predawn #sky on the #EasternHorizon was very colourful and so I took these #photographs, with prominent #Pink, #Orange and a bit of #Grey in front of the #Blue. The #silhouettes of #trees and #buildings adds some dark contrast to the #foreground.

So I held my breath for a second so I could hear better and figure out from which direction the work was coming from, and which neighbor was shoveling.

It was my dog, next to the bed, snoring.

TBT This is very early in the morning eight years ago today on the Rio Salado near Zia Pueblo. I was off to see the Black Place and the Bisti Badlands and stopped to look at the rising moon just before sunrise.
