Tesla produced just 500,000 Powerwalls in its first 8 years of production and now it can produce more than that in just a year. Tesla added lot of power capacity in the system, making it more feasible to install just one per home, but it is still stackable with more units if someone requires more energy capacity, which is still 13.5 kWh per unit.

Vermont's largest utility, Green Mountain Power, wants to install battery storage for all 270,000 of its customers by 2030.

The 3hrs of free power is awesome, I suspect that the handful of customers that have #powerwalls or other battery solutions don't impact our electricity retailer.

We have a 10Kw solar system feeding into two #Powerwalls and it's now coming in to summertime in New Zealand.

The only mistake we've made, was mounting our batteries outside.

In the last few days of winter they were slow to charge from the grid.
