Të rinjtë në zonën e Librazhdit do të zënë një vend të veçantë në projektin “Jo drogë! Pikë Grumbullimi! Një alternativë e qëndrueshme zhvillimi për të rinjtë dhe komunitetet në Librazhd”. Rreth 1500 të rinj të moshave 12-18 vjeç janë bërë pjesë e trajnimeve ndërgjegjësuese për krijimin e ideve për alternativa zhvillimi në zonë dhe parandalimin e kultivimit të drogave të paligjshme. Në vijim të rinjtë do të ftohen të eksplorojnë mundësitë që ofron zona si dhe do nxiten të fillojnë që në këtë moshë të gjenerojnë ide se si të mund t’i shfrytëzojnë më tej këto mundësi.
