Tog HackerspaceOur radio club was out this morning on Bull Island doing a #POTA activation. We had two HF stations set up and some 2M. We had @tdr112 (EI7IRB) on the club call sign(EI0TOG) and @schrodinger on (EI9JYB). Thanks to all on the South Dublin radio club net and 2 M IRTS news for chatting with us and our SWLs
DG1JAN 🇪🇺I've update my antenna tripod to a 4.8m version from Rollei. ufb! unfortunately this kind of light stand doesn't offer adjustable legs for uneven terrains. So I made this two little helper. Files can be found on Printables.com:

Funker Tom ⚡Went 'up the hill' this morning for another #POTA activation. What I didn't know was that a huge magnetic storm was going on. When I realized it I decided to do #FT8 only.
The outcome was 45 QSO on #40m and #15m, with Sri Lanka as #atno.

Spring is coming, 7 °C and partly overcast this morning. Some birds accompanied me but unfortunately I don't know what species they were.
Lieven - DF1CNI did a small activation of my home park yesterday. At least that was the plan. Getting the 10 QSOs required for an activation took 2 hours. Well that was partly my fault because I hadn't had enough wire for an 40m Endfed. I tried everything SSB, FT8 and CW. What worked in the end was just doing CW on 40m. SWR was infinity. But the transceiver said, that it outputs one watt. That was enough for the three QSOs so that I could finally leave the park. Thanks for all the hunters that had the patience to deal with my terrible CW.

🌈 mischk 🇮🇱Meine heutiger POTA Ausflug führte mich an den Stadtrand zum Eichepark. Leider war das Wetter heut nicht so perfekt, wie gestern. Es gab sogar ein paar Regentröpfchen. Ich hatte einige nette QSOs auf dem 20m Band. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass sich DM8SB und DL9TJ vom Berliner Südgelände gemeldet haben.
