My mum’s decline has been rapid - rarely in the same reality as we are. Falling regularly due to postural hypotension, repeated call outs to paramedics & hospital admissions. Hospital narrowly avoided today thanks to a superb paramedic who called me to discuss mum’s best interests. A complex mixture of hallucinations, delusions combined with absolute conviction in what she says…. and sleeping most of the time.
