Hey businesses! If you're going to charge #postage / #delivery, then you absolutely should be giving your customers a choice.

Charging £5 for a crap service you have a contract with, but is totally incapable of finding my place and dumps parcels in nearby streets, doesn't cut it.

Either it's free and you accept that your delivery service is shite and will cost you money & customers. Or you charge and the customer chooses a service they are confident can deliver!

When you buy and create #postage labels to Czechia online with #DHL, the "world leader" 😅 of international transport, in their own web portal, you get a PDF label with malformed special characters (shown correctly on the web page but mangled on the label - after you paid) and a cut-off street address.

Billions and billions of turnaround, and they still can't even get the basics right.

But of course, one thing worked perfectly; withdrawing the full amount for the label, instantly.
