One of the things I acquired during the #PostStrokeRecovery period was a Garmin Smartwatch. It apparently tracks stairs on a separate goal level to general steps. I’ve been doing IT floorwalking on the fourth floor of a building and taking the stairs more than not. I can report that my watch has been getting VERY excited about this today. 😂

Ok I just did a search for recumbents in #Canberra to look at refurbishing or possibly replacing my decrepit #greenspeed GT5, because starting to ride regularly again would probably be a useful part of #PostStrokeRecovery. Does anyone have any experience with this mob: https://recumbent.net.au/
