Have seen the dietitian today and he’s very pleased with my progress and happy for me to switch to the standard (1500 calories daily) meals from the lite meals. I plan to monitor my weight though, and if it looks like I’m getting too close to 80kg, I’ll switch back. #LiteNEasy #PostStrokeDiet

I mean, sure, most of the breakfast was healthy cereal, skim milk, and a mandarin.

#LiteNEasy may be the foundation of my #PostStrokeDiet, and the reason I’ve lost 20+kg since September but godddamn do they pander to the Oz psyche sometimes.

I mean, when the dietician I was seeing set a target of 72, I called bullshit and suspected BMI style #junkScience but if I actually get there I almost certainly will want to STOP there.

As it is, I’m definitely going to be feeling zero guilt over any post gym indulgences for a while now… #PostStrokeDiet

I am, for the moment, sticking with the lite meal plans from #LiteNEasy but if I lose TOO much more weight, I’ll have to seriously consider upgrading the calorie content to the standard meal plans. #PostStrokeDiet

Also in “I do not [expletives deleted] BELIEVE this” news, I stepped on the scales in the doctor’s office. With shoes on but having ditched jacket, wallet, and keys.

It is Wednesday so #PostGymRamen has been had and I’m about to head over for gelato. #PostStrokeDiet? #innocentLook I have no idea what you’re talking about. 😂🤣
It being Wednesday I have now had #Ramen and am about to check out the gelato place to see how busy it is. After that I shall walk into Civic to get the skim milk my #postStrokeDiet (that I mostly stick to, honest) often requires with breakfast.
