This explains my day-to-day since I got COVID19 in November of 2022. It sometimes takes me an hour to get up.

It was May of 2023 before I was able to function somewhat normally for more than a few days at a time.

I still crash from time to time. There are days where I can't even take out the trash. And the brain fog will kick in to the point I will mentally check out for half an hour.
