In August a food delivery rider was killed on Plummer St, Port Melbourne. Plummer St is supposed to be a Strategic Cycling Corridor, but it is unfit for purpose and the State Government has no plans for fixing it. We wrote to the Minister for Road Safety Melissa Horne and got a response.
