(1/2) After the park yesterday, my wife and I visited #SweetDLicias in #DesMoines, a Mexican ice cream place.

Their menu included '#Tostilocos' which is like nothing I've ever ordered: Served in a bag of #Tostitos, it's basically a mix of chips, pickled #PorkRinds, cucumber, jicama, chamoy (looks like raisins, tastes a lot like spiced fruit rollups), and Japanese peanuts - all of it covered in lime juice and mild hot sauce. Apparently it was invented by #Mexican street food vendors in the 90s.

Current snacks are spicy #dried #PorkRinds & they are delicious.
