I was put on cholesterol meds a few months ago although my levels are within normal limits.
I've noticed my BP has been quite high (for me) over the past few weeks.
I stopped the cholesterol meds as hypertension is a SE.
My BP is almost back to my normal.

Side effects of drugs aren't considered often enough. High BP is a huge stroke / heart attack risk.

The next step for my GP would be to put me on anti-hypertensives, with their myriad of side effects.

#polypharmacy huh.
