The last day has been a roller coaster ride for many of us. But right now, we are on the rise. Make no mistake. It is not an accident that in the last 24 hours, virtually every major Democratic figure, including Nancy Pelosi, and Bill and Hillary Clinton, and such purported potential rivals as Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, West Moore, Ben Shapiro, and Roy Cooper have coalesced around Vice President Kamala Harris.
I donated to 2 local #democrats and I've been hit with these spam texts every day since. Nothing makes it stop and the number rotates every day.
Can the #democraticparty stop this garbage?

Hey #DemocraticParty fundraisers and party insiders, I donated to a couple local candidates and since then I've been getting texts like this nonstop. I didn't sign up for this. When I send STOP or block the number, it changes to a new number.
This is NOT the way to encourage participation. It makes me never want to donate ever again. I can't trust the #Democrats with my phone number.

@[email protected] Many of the people scammed can't really afford to lose that money, or the emotional pressure to give more more more, or it's on their souls if their candidate loses.
Many of them are elderly, and shouldn't end up starving or unable to buy medication due to ignorance, stupidity, prejudice, racism, bigotry, or con artists.
So no.
@vor I don't know how to report it, and I'll wager that most of the people getting these don't either--but more than anything, these text hit on the need people have to do something, the not knowing what to do, then there's this text that promises them that if they only drop $10, the Biden will get $70, and once there'e enough money, well, that's the election won. So they donate, and they feel they did their bit, and with little to no effort.
