…The govt’s attacks on #HigherEducation during the past year have in part been aimed at tilting the #political balance of #academia, which #Trump views as hostile to his brand of “conservatism”. Some #MedicalSchools had been swept up in the campaign, but largely at #universities like #Harvard, #UPenn & #UCLA, where the full force of the govt was on display through investigations into “antisemitism” [#Palestinian Rights activism], protections for #transgender athletes & #admissions policies.

Ironically, they feel safe doing this in UK by observing the US #political system which is controlled by the lawmakers who inherit their seats via moneylines. The billionaire class are modern Royal Courts, the new form of single party social #corruption that makes the rules that keep them in power.
