My partner @andrewnoyes and I have launched the CopDB Beta! Theres more info at https://copdb.org and you can get to the beta from there.
Its similar to a project being run by @lucyparsonslabs but we've taken a slightly different direction with the design/moderation.
We're really trying to design it in a way where people could run their own instances and potentially federate eventually, but currently the scope is limited to Utah.
