Making a splash, I'd like to introduce one of my new characters, Wave Steel the Floatzel.

Wave is a gentle pokemon who likes to offer his assistance to people around the water. He has a special leopard seal toy necklace that he wears and can swallow it to transform into a rubber pool toy for more abilities and functions.
