Watching this totally pointless remake for the second time - as it's currently on television.
It takes a serious lack of skill to make a shot for shot remake worse than the original.
If you have to remake a film, or do a new film adaptation of a book, at least add something original to it, or try to make it more faithful to the book.
They're planning a remake of Cliffhanger!
How about making a film out of one of the many thousands of books or there instead?!
Another film which doesn't need a remake. And if they use the song (which they no doubt will), it'll be some shitty remix, or done by someone who can't sing.
