This is now officially a shitshow. #Plusnet are pushing their elderly landline dependent customers to #EE. But if you ring the latter as instructed, the customer services people have no knowledge of this.
And she will lose her #Plusnet email address because they no longer provide a package that works for her. The full bag of shite.

Nice to see #plusnet are still using Workplace and the ADSL install diary.... just got spammed with a "Your router has been shipped" sms which usually means someone fucked with my account status!
@Mactonex @ametonym I'll give a vote for #Plusnet too. Consistently good, relatively low cost too.

That's it, I've gone for a Full Fibre service from Plusnet.

I had yet another 4G outage, from Three, that lasted for nearly a week. I'm hoping the Full Fibre service is going to be much more reliable.

Installation should be happening sometime next week. We'll see if that goes smoothly.

Back on hold to #plusnet... aarrgghhh... they scheduled a callback for 12.00 today... but didn't manage to call me... I just want to sort out our contract... then I hopefully won't need to contact them again for a while... at least it's only meant to be 20 minutes this time... & I'm 11 minutes in...

My daughter recently switched her broadband provider to PlusNet.

I have to say their customer service has been absolutely excellent. Called with a couple of queries - due to poor responses from Sky, the previous provider. Agents were knowledgeable and helpful.

#PlusNet went above and beyond. I'll be switching when my contract ends.

Give me 'under-promise and over-deliver' every time.

#Plusnet are stopping supporting landlines... and passing customers who want to keep their landline to EE... if only their email had actually said this...
