Summer. And this means – countryside. Countryside time. Grass and garden. And some countryside things. Planks. Also, good association with countryside theme. So, planks are at the grass. In barn – there are lots of different stuff. There are some planks, they are laying there. And rusty things. So, there are few planks from barn. They are rather not bad.

"You can do it!" isn't always the case. I've topped out at a little over 2 minutes. So splitting 4 minutes into to 2-minute chunks with a 30-second rest is totally doable, but I find it hard to believe someone of average stamina and fitness could do this without rests. If you can, consider yourself well above average fitness, IMO. I know some of you have been doing #planks for years, but this is supposedly for people who are just starting out (otherwise, why start at 10 seconds?). 2/2

TIPPER - CoSM Ambient Mix

Wasn't sure if I should do this. I already find Dave's way-#Downtempo stuff rather weak-sauce for my 'sportsing' activities, so an #Ambient mix would be even worse, right? Well, maybe if I do some 'at home' stuff, like #Pilates and #Planks, it'll vibe better.
