Today is #EarthDay and this year’s theme is #PlanetVsPlastics

We’ve been working to eliminate or reduce our single-use plastic usage within the Met Office by replacing plastics with non-plastic alternatives & reusing or reducing our usage where there are no suitable alternatives

Während #Kunststoff ein günstiges und hochwertiges Material ist, verbrauchen wir weltweit #vielzuviel davon und einiges gelangt auch noch in #Umwelt und #Natur. #WenigerVerbrauch ist eine Lösung. Ein #CleanUp in der Nachbarschaft, geht da schon etwas weiter.
