2 - Misinformation spread by the loudest minorities

3 - Anger 24 hours a day

4 - Fear of what might or might not happen

5 - Ignorance of their hopes and fears

6 - Assumptions about them

7 - Intolerance of them

8 - Self-assurance that our way is the best way

9 - Apathy which squashes our will to work for a better way

10 - Forgetting that they are holy, just as we are holy
