I finally got back to the longest raised bed today. A foot deep into the ground filled with arm+ sized willow wood, dirt layer, small prunings wood, dirt layer, leaves, covered with dirt.

The PVC stakes mark the places where the two posts go to support the middle of the trellis. This kept me from putting any wood there that would prevent driving in the steel posts.

Started pulling up weedy white pineberry strawberry plants yesterday.

Picked about 3 quarts of these white strawberries today. There's still more to pick. It's going to be like eating a bowl of sugar water on shortcake, because sugar will be added to them. 😁 Ok, it's not that bad but I'm super sensitive to tastes and they don't have much, plus the softness. I threw one to the chickens, it landed in the lawn and that turned it to mush.
