Any #peppers people want to help me out with something?
Researchers tested different pepper varieties, and found that the “Amish chicken” is one of the most nutritious peppers. It’s number 39 in the peppers pic.
I can’t seem to find this pepper anywhere. Does it have another name? Amish pimiento, yellow stuffing pepper and Amish finger (which is only available in the EU) don’t match the pic. 🤨
